Welcome to Arroyo Plastic Surgery

Dr. Arroyo's Education

He attended medical school at The University of Puerto Rico. He then went on to his general surgery residency at The University of Connecticut and the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. After this, he completed his plastic surgery residency at Houston Methodist Hospital, consistently ranked as "One of America's Best Hospitals," according to U.S. News and World Report.

Dr. Arroyo is a compassionate and caring plastic surgeon who prudently seeks out the safest and most functional techniques available in plastic surgery. At Arroyo Plastic Surgery, you will always find the latest technological advances, never needing to worry if something better will be available elsewhere.

One of the most significant examples of this is his use of TIVA (Total Intravenous Sedation) for sedation during most procedures. This means that during the surgery, patients do not have to undergo invasive sedation such as intubation with general anesthesia, which can lead to severe side effects.

A Customized Treatment Approach

Dr. Arroyo – who is known among his patients for his cool demeanor and commitment to results – specializes in a number of surgical procedures. This includes breast augmentation, tummy tuck, liposuction, mommy makeover, rhinoplasty (nose job), eyelid surgery, vaginal rejuvenation, hair restoration, breast reconstruction, and more. Because he is well versed in several procedures, he is able to craft customized treatment plans to tackle all of your concerns. These may include a combination of several surgical procedures or a mix of surgical and non-surgical treatments.

You’ll be able to see Dr. Arroyo’s commitment to his patients beginning during your consultation. When you meet with Dr. Arroyo, he will go into great detail about your procedure’s benefits, recovery, possible complications, and functional differences that may occur after your surgery. It is always his goal for you to leave the consultation with more understanding than you had before. Dr. Arroyo believes you should always feel 100% informed, prepared, and comfortable with your choice in plastic surgeons, and we would love to be your decision on this journey.
